HOW I HELP

I became OBSESSED with neuroplasticity and understanding how I could use it to help not just myself, but others get unstuck from cycles of anxiety, negativity, and self-imposed  limitation.

Why Neuroscience?

definition: the brain’s ability to rewire itself

Neuroplasticity is essentially the discovery that yes, change is the only constant ESPECIALLY in your brain. And not only is your brain always changing from different external stimuli, experiences, and knowledge, but also from your internal state and  THOUGHTS. So what does this mean? You can directly affect how your brain changes.

Every thought that you think, emotion you experience, memory that you recall from the past and dream you project onto the future is changing the way your brain works. 

I think this leaves you with a tremendous amount of responsibility to stop and ask yourself the questions: What patterns am I perpetuating, consciously or unconsciously? Do I spend more time exercising patterns of anxiety or of ease? 

By understanding the science of mind, I offer pragmatic practices and tools to create greater efficiency and ease in the nervous system in a way that is simple, grounded and relevant.
